How to decide on a research management structure?

Rigorous research projects require technical, programmatic, and operations support. When the quality of research and evidence suffers due to inadequate support we are less likely to contribute meaningfully to the evidence gaps.

Tip:

Research is a project component with its own deliverables. Airbel staff time is not funded by the technical support 2% cost allocation guidelines, but budgeted as discrete, direct costs like any other project component.
